On a foggy and chilly Tuesday, December 16, three new residents were added to downtown Jackson, Mississippi. The newbies were in the form of statues of Mississippi writers William Faulkner, Eudora Welty and Richard Wright. They are put in place on the corner of Capitol and Lamar Streets in front of the new Pinnacle Office Building, which will hold its grand opening on Thursday, December 18.
