The 10 Best Places to Live in the U.S.

Forbes is out with another in its continuing list of lists.  Actually, it is Relocate America‘s list as published in Forbes. This one interested me because I see that Oklahoma City is number 10 on this list and number 10 on the America’s 10 Sickest Housing Markets list.  Hmm.  I would call that a buying opportunity.

Lists such as these create buzz, and the rankings are constantly changing.  Anyway, here’s Relocate America’s 10 Best Places to Live in the United States list:

America’s Most Miserable Cities

Now here’s a list you would not want to be on.  Forbes has a Web article on America’s Most Miserable Cities.  Cities for purposes of this list are defined as metropolitan areas over 378,000, e.g. America’s 150 largest metros.  The responses to this article are more passionate than usual.  Here’s the list:

Caterpillar rebuilds Oxford, Mississippi plant

Caterpillar Inc. held a ceremony Saturday in Oxford to rededicate the hose coupling plant, which resumed limited production less than two weeks after the tornado. It is expected to resume full production by the end of the year.  Read more about it in this Forbes article.
